As an educator, healer, and esthetician, she has championed a barrier-first approach that recognizes skin health as deeply connected to culture, lived experience, and overall wellbeing.

Through THE SKIN REMEMBERS™ by WHOLE Beauty Impact™, Nichelle is leading a global movement to make skin health education more inclusive, evidence-based, and trauma-informed. Her work goes beyond teaching clinical techniques—it empowers practitioners to care with greater skill, cultural awareness, and compassion.
