Meet Nichelle Mosley

Over the past 26 years, I’ve worked as an educator, healer, and esthetician committed to restoring the skin barrier—and the sense of self behind it. I’ve held space for those who felt unseen, and trained others to do the same, not just through protocols, but through presence.

THE SKIN REMEMBERS™

by WHOLE Beauty Impact™

Is the only global nonprofit advancing skin health inclusion for Global Majority communities—the 85% historically erased from beauty and wellness education. We train practitioners worldwide in barrier-first corneotherapy, cultural competence, and trauma-informed somatic care. As essential clinical competence. Our mission is simple: Break cycles of harm in the beauty industry. Strengthen the capacity of healers. Including tending to the stress and grief healers themselves carry. Create pathways for sustainable, compassionate care—where every touch becomes an act of restoration, not harm. Because when someone learns a skill, they gain independence. Independence brings safety. And safety opens the door to possibility. We teach practitioners to choose barrier science over bias—honoring the whole person: mind, body, breath union, and the lived experience held in their skin.
